Pennsylvania State Animal Response Team (PA SART)  PR3  34      
A coordinated effort between several governmental, corporate, and private entities dedicated to the preparation, planning, response, and recovery of animal emergencies in Pennsylvania. The team's mission is to develop and implement procedures and train participants to facilitate a safe, environmentally sound and efficient response to animal emergencies on the local, county, state, and federal level.


Noah's Wish  PR6  18      
A national disaster response team solely dedicated to rescuing and sheltering animals in both natural and man-made disasters. Volunteer In-Field Training offers individuals a new way in which to help animals during disasters. Once volunteers complete the training, they become a valuable resource to Noah's Wish, making it possible for animals to receive all the services they so desperately need during disasters.


LifeLine Crisis Relief - United Animal Nations  PR6  259  nationwide    
When an unexpected personal disaster affects a family, LifeLine Crisis Relief grants can provide financial assistance to help families provide for their pets' immediate needs. Personal disasters may include: House fire, Domestic violence situation, Unexpected death of a family member, Large-scale disasters such as hurricanes or wildfires. LifeLine Crisis Relief grants may be provided for the following needs: Transportation of the animal to safety, Veterinary care to treat injury or illness caused by the disaster, Temporary boarding.
